Cm-4.2.12 Isaiah 42. 1-7 Ps. 27. 1, 2, 3, 13-14 Jn. 12.1-11
Cosmic connection: blue skies chilly early morn birds a-twitter.
Question of the day: What could you sell and give the money to the poor?
Now God, is pleased with his servant Son.
The Son has now received his Spirit to bring forth justice to the nations,
Notr crying out, not shouting, gentle and compassionate to the bruised read and smoldering wick or those fortunate enough to go on a Spring vacation,
This Son will open the eyes of the blind and free prisoners from darkness bar none.
The Lord then becomes our light and salvation, savior king
Then fear should not rule our lives but rather courage to take the next step,
In dire situations we can turn to the Lord who is our refuge rescuing us from any misstep,
In those situations it becomes God in whom we trust unswervingly as each dawn witnesses our new spring.
Jesus goes to visit Martha and Mary and Lazarus, who Jesus had raised,
Mary took an alabaster jar of ointment and anointed Jesus’ feet,
Judas complained that this ointment should have been sold and the money given to the poor complete
Then some Jews plotted to kill Jesus and Lazarus because some were drawn to belief in Him, praise.
Hail to our King,
Who teaches us compassion to this world to bring.
