Cm-12.6.11  Is.   40. 1-10  Ps. 96. 1,2, 3 & 10, 11-12, 13   Mt. 18.2-14
Cosmic connection: A cold crisp clear blue sunny cold day.

Question of the day:   Have you considered yourself as one of the little ones.

Isaiah wants the people to receive comfort.
The Lord is to speak tenderly,
Then there is a loud voice,
‘Prepare the way of the Lord’
A holy highway totally open to all,
The Way is unitive love which will not distort.

This lord will come to save with power,
The tender power of a sublime providential lover,
The bruised reed never to squash or cover,
Let not your Advent be another rush hour.

The parable of the worth of the 99 sheep and the one,
In the end they all become one as the ‘little ones‘,
For no one in this flock of the Son will be lost even every stray starts over just begun
All have equity and none shall be lost none shall be shunned.

Prepare ye the Way.
Find and embrace the stray.

Cosmic connection late in th erdy gorgeous blue skies pray for the east.

Question of the day: o you have a demon, fear anxiety  Jesus should take from you?

Still we cannot determine the time of our dissolution,
We must remain awake. Alert and sober.
At least beyond September and October,
We must always live in the light,  as part of the solution..

I believe I shall see the Good things of th Lord in the land of the living!
For the Lord is my light and salvation living without fear,
But with trust and deep faith  to help me make it all clear,
Allowing the Good things to simmer and bring to thanksgiving.

Jesus in Capernaum spoke with authority.
The people were amazed,
There was a man there with an unclean spirit unfazed,
The people asked what is there about this word  which expunges unclean spirit amazing the majority.

A great prophet is in our midst
For God has visited his people today’s twist.

Cm-8.15.11  1st Thes. 3. 7-13   Ps. 90/3-5a, 12-13, 14& 17  Mt. 24. 42A, 42.A, 44

Cosmic connection:  Gray summer fog to burn off early quiet to blue skies.

Question of the day:  Do you wake up with sore jaws from grinding?

Awake we don’t know the hour or the time
We have two elders on the cuff waiting for the Lord
Friends from long ago with many good memories, the heart soared,
But all of our deaths will come when we are complete according to the Lord if we but have faith graced from the divine

Fill us with your love, O Lord and we will sing for joy.
Yes we shall die and return to dust or ashes,
Rather than bump into relationship clashes
Teach us to gain wisdom by numbering our days each so precious, to employ.

The Gospel is a bit perturbing
Master and servant both must keep the enemy away,
Food will be distributed in proper time, of every day
So let us be vigilant and ready and all will not be disturbing.

Stay awake you do not know when the day of the coming of the Lord,
He it is who will give us our just reward.
